Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)   

 

The College has established an Grievance Redressal Cell, to provide a mechanism for redressal of students' grievances and ensure the transparency in admission, and prevention of unfair practices, etc. The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic matter within the campus through the online and grievance/ suggestion box. The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated time.

Objectives

The objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.

• To provide an opportunity for the students to freely express their grievances / problems, without any fear of being victimized.
• To set up a mechanism for speedy and expeditious resolution of the grievance.
• To provide an appropriate counselling to the students in the process of resolving the grievance
• To promote cordial relationship amongst the students.

Any student who wishes to file a grievance can drop the written complaint in the grievance box
